We need Nether Quartz wall

I think Minecraft needs Nether Quartz walls I often build in Neoclassical and Classical architectural styles, but the lack of Nether Quartz walls makes it difficult to create historically appropriate fences, balustrades, and architectural details. Nether Quartz is already a great material for these styles, so having a wall or fence variant would be very useful for builders. I would also like armor stands to have arms by default. Having arms enabled by default would make it much easier to display weapons, shields, and other equipment without having to use commands.
