Minecraft has grown into a much larger universe through Minecraft Dungeons and Minecraft Legends. I think the main game should make better use of the lore, creatures and ideas created in these games.
Mojang has explained that the Dungeons team considered the wider Minecraft lore when creating the game. Legends is also presented as a story from the Minecraft universe, told as a legend whose truth is not always certain.
Why not bring some of these ideas into vanilla Minecraft?
Mobs such as the Iceologer, Wildfire and other unique Dungeons creatures could be adapted to the Overworld, Nether or End. Legends also introduced unique golems, Piglin variants and other creatures that could become rare mobs or inhabit new structures.
This could also connect the lore. Ancient ruins, books, artifacts and portals could contain clues about events from these games, allowing players to discover connections and create their own theories.
What happened to creatures and villains after their stories? What are the worlds connected by portals in Dungeons? Could some of these creatures have existed in Minecraft's ancient history?
Minecraft doesn't need to make everything completely canon. Some things can remain legends or mysteries. But connecting these games through creatures, locations and clues would make Minecraft feel deeper and more alive.
Please consider bringing the best ideas and creatures from Dungeons and Legends into vanilla Minecraft and giving them a place in Minecraft's history
