Echo Crystal – A New Deep Dark Item

I would like to suggest a new rare item for Minecraft called the Echo Crystal.

The Echo Crystal could be found in Ancient Cities or crafted using Echo Shards and other materials. Its main ability would be to record and replay sounds.

When a player uses the crystal near a sound, such as a zombie, creeper, villager, note block, bell, or other mob, the crystal could store that sound. The player could then place or activate the crystal somewhere else to replay it.

The Echo Crystal could also interact with Redstone. A Redstone signal could make it play its recorded sound, allowing players to create alarms, sound effects, traps, adventure maps, and more creative Redstone builds.

Because it would be connected to Echo Shards, sculk, vibrations, and the Ancient City, I think it could give players another reason to explore the Deep Dark.

It would be especially useful for builders and Redstone players while also creating lots of fun possibilities in multiplayer.
