I am writing this to highlight a deeply discouraging restriction that heavily impacts Bedrock Edition players on mobile and console platforms who want to build immersive, interconnected survival worlds.
Currently, the Bedrock engine keeps installed add-ons completely isolated from one another due to system safety rules. If a player runs a custom character-transformation or morph add-on alongside a separate, custom creature add-on, the morph add-on has no way of dynamically reading or registering those new entities. It completely ignores them, meaning we cannot inherit their models, hitboxes, or unique abilities.
It is disheartening that despite playing the exact same game, Bedrock players are locked out of the deeply interconnected, imaginative modding experiences that Java Edition players take for granted.
Please expand the capabilities of the official Bedrock Scripting API. Giving separate add-ons the freedom to query each other's custom registries would spark incredible creative magic for the Bedrock community.
