Elemental Update

Mobs: Splash, Quake (Counterparts of the Blaze and Breeze) Items: Splash Rod, Quake Rod, Bubble, Dirtball (The Splash spawns on shipwrecks or rarely on the cold/warm ocean ruins, while Quake spawns on Strongholds or rarely on the jungle/desert temples)
