Torches extinguished by water

It would be great if torches didn't get destroyed when accidentally splashed with water, but simply went out instead. You could then relight them using a lit torch or a lighter.

They could also be designed to go out during the rain.

This way, accidentally doused torches would remain in place, and there would be an incentive to switch to light sources other than standard torches.
