Bring Back the Migrator Cape on Java and Bedrock

 Please bring back the Migrator Cape for Minecraft Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. It would be great if players could use the cape on both editions, especially players who missed the chance to get it before. I think bringing it back would make many players happy and give more people a chance to enjoy this iconic Minecraft cape.
