Armour Enchantment for Companions

Our battle companions like dog, horses and nautilus as well must need enchantments for their armours to last longer and survive is much needed...

    Bro wants his dog to have full Protection 4 Netherite armor with Mending, Bro your dog dies in 2 hits because you make it fight the Warden, not because its armor has no enchantments.
    Imagine enchanting Nautilus armor like "here son, take Thorns 3 for the ocean"

    It's definitely a good idea, but I feel like the enchantments should be unique to each animal. Like, the dog enchantments would be different from the horse and nautilus enchantments. And also, they should be limited, and balanced, otherwise our pets would be kinda too overpowered. Not sure what enchantments should be for each pet, but a good idea.
