Salt Flats Biome and Blocks of Salt

Adds the salt flats to Minecraft, a rare biome found bordering rivers and deserts, similar to beaches. Instead of sand, Salt Flats are covered in blocks of salt. There is also a chance to find suspicious salt, functioning similar to suspicious gravel and sand.

The Block of Salt can be mined with any tool in order to drop 2-9 salt, but will not drop itself unless using a shovel. crafted from 9 salt, and salt can be used to instantly oxidize copper. Salt is renewable through villager trading.
