Bedrock Creator features HUD and UI

Let bedrock creators design fully custom ui for the HUD (like controls (buttons, joysticks), anything to give or receive information) using either HTML, CSS, with existing Javascript OR JSON that creates and controls elements with size, positioning, and other properties inspired from CSS (margin, padding, font size, width, height, etc.) This would help boost the creativity of Bedrock developers and let them create a wider range of addons for the game, so bedrock could live up to Java regarding modding.
