Options for Rightclick/Item use for shields for Console/PC edition Bedrock

I would love to see the ability to add a toggle option so u can switch the ability to shield from sneaking to Rightclicking/Item use on console and PC edition's of Bedrock, because even though its meant to help the mobile players, the other editions suffer because of this inconvenience. It would make it easier for Java edition players to easily transition between both editions as well, keeping the game balanced without having to adapt to things that are meant to help other players who dont play on their hardware at all (mobile players). 

In all seriousness. it should have been implemented long time ago. i have no idea what is going on there, but having to sneak to use a shield completely broke the experience for me since a shield is meant to be used in the other hand and crouching just doesnt cut it at all...
