Lither (Nether Perfect Boss)

The Nether Fortress is boring after getting blaze rods. I suggest a rare room (5% chance) called the Lither Room with a new mini-boss called The Lither.

The Lither is a giant Blaze with 4 rotating shields around it. There is no boss bar for a surprise fight.

Phase 1 - Red Form (100% to 25% HP): You must break its 4 red shields with a bow. Hitting it with a sword sets you on fire. It shoots powerful fireballs, summons Blazes, and regenerates health if it touches the lava pool in the room. You need to block the lava.

Phase 2 - Blue Form (25% HP): It transforms to blue. Its shields become blue and give you Soul Fire and knockback. It now summons Wither Skeletons and its attacks do double damage.

Drops:

1. Lither Shield - A special shield that sets attackers on Soul Fire and gives knockback in PvP.

2. Lither Crown Trim - 100% drop chance. This is not a normal design trim. It uses a new 4th slot in the Smithing Table. When applied to any helmet, it adds a small crown on top. Ability: Piglins will not attack you even if you are not wearing gold.

3. Blaze Rods x 5-7

Advancement: Killed The Fire - Defeat the Lither and extinguish the heart of the fortress.
