Floating island biome

Greetings to the Mojang team and anyone else who might read this. I know my idea isn't new, and frankly, I don't care how others have presented it. My idea is based on a biome of floating islands that rise above the current cloud level. This would also help expand the world a bit, preventing it from being limited to just 320 blocks. This biome could generate in any biome, but it's more likely to appear above any oceanic biome. I'm not asking for any new structures, but I would like some kind of wood, or perhaps some mobs that provide an incentive to visit that location.
