Vibruant visuals

Hi, if you could add optimization to Vibrational Visuals, for example, so that it works on every device, the reason is that most people don't have such expensive devices, I don't either, but everyone wants it, so I think you should fix it. I think everyone loves Minecraft, and I would be extremely happy if you added vibrant visuals for everyone.
