New Block Idea.

I want to request a new glass block. Dunno how it would work, but i know someone can pull it off. Building glass of different colours. From the outside, it is reflective, but inside the building you can see out. Or the illusion it is reflective from the outside. Be good for some modern buildings like the Freedom Tower in New York.
