Copper Pipes

The Copper Pipes could take an item out of a hopper or dispenser powered by something (e.g. lever, observer clock, etc) but not a dispenser if the player tried to use a dispenser the item would just spill out, this would help the game in the sense that player would not longer have to use water and/ or bubble elevators to transport items.
