Add a Rare Goblin Merchant

Minecraft should add a rare Goblin Merchant that randomly spawns about 100 blocks away from the player every 10–20 Minecraft days. It would offer rare and valuable trades, better than the Wandering Trader, such as enchanted tools and other useful items. It could also spawn near a small Goblin camp to make finding it more exciting.

    I think it would be more days in between, because some players are slower paced and I'm on day 20 in my survival world and i only have a couple diamonds, so finding a merchant who sells op loot wouldn't really fit it. also, what about speedrunning? if a player gets lucky with it, the entire speedrun could become crazy, especially in longer categories.
