Copper Wrench (or just Wrench)

Copper Wrench is used to rotate any rotatable blocks, including slabs, stairs, redstone components and especially containers, which eliminates the need to break them when full of items. Every 4 uses drain one durability point. As for durability, this item should have either 64 or 128 durability points. I believe the recipe for crafting it should consist of both copper nuggets and copper ingots. To add a bit of variety, Wrench recipe could also require either Blaze or Breeze Rod as a handle to spice it up. Like Shears, it can be enchanted with Unbreaking.

Wrenches could be potential way to have vertical slabs in the game without creating dozens of new items unnecessarily.
