option for 3d player models with scalabityfor lower_end PCs

I propose adding official support for custom 3D player models (similar to the Figura mod / Blockbench). To prevent lag on lower-end PCs, players could choose their detail level in Graphics Settings: Full 3D models for powerful PCs, simplified 3D models, or classic 2D skins. This gives players creative freedom while keeping the game smooth for everyone!
