Pillager Cloth and an Arrow Pouch for Double-Loading Crossbows

I think Pillagers could have a new useful drop: cloth pieces. Pillagers would have a chance to drop these cloth pieces. By combining enough of them in a crafting recipe, players could create an Arrow Pouch. The Arrow Pouch would allow a crossbow to be loaded with two arrows at the same time. After loading two arrows: Fire the first arrow. Fire the second arrow. You only need to load once to be able to fire twice. This would give the crossbow a new combat option without completely changing how it works. It would also give players another reason to fight Pillagers and collect their new cloth drops.
