Add herobrine

Add herobrine but make it so it doesn’t spawn in a normal seed make it something like herobrine and make it so it can’t be given naturally so people don’t get scared while playing their Minecraft survival worlds or anything else please add this mojang I like horrormake it so it can’t be given randomly like the seed randomizer
