Goat horn filling with water to change the sound of it

would be great if you could fill the normal goat horns with water and the more water there is in it, the deeper the sound played .and if you then craft them together with copper, depending on how much water is in them, a different sound is played with the copper horn

    Filling with water is cool. Maybe use goat horn under water and that changes the sound.

    Goat horns filling with water doesn’t feel vallinna to me.I think crafting the horn with more copper(eg.5 ins 3) doing the same thing is  more fitting for vallina.
