Goat horn in dispenser

In last beta, copper horns were added. I think it would be great for dispensers to be able to play them, you could make some kind of announcement system or give your builds cool sounds

    Also, for copper horns, the sound played would be dependent on facing direction: Up = Player Looks Up, Forward = Regular, Down = Shift.
