Lapis item

Lapis tools and armor, enchanted since crafted. Enchantment based on xp level. If xp hit zero it will break into one lapis lazuli or nothing. Damage/protection also based on xp level example: xp level 1-3 3 damage. OP lapis item waste 2 xp bar (alternative for durability) (lapis item only)
