Extend the armor trim system

I suggest adding the ability to use armor trim smithing templates not only on armor, but also on tools and elytra. I think it would be interesting to apply existing armor trim smithing templates to swords, pickaxes, axes, shovels, hoes, and other tools, as well as to elytra. The trims should remain purely cosmetic and should not provide any additional stats or effects. This would allow players to create complete equipment sets with a matching style, for example, armor, a sword, a pickaxe, and elytra with the same trim. The smithing template system already allows players to customize the appearance of armor, so expanding it to tools and elytra would be a good way to provide more options for personalizing equipment. New materials for armor trims could also be added, such as prismarine shards, prismarine crystals, and echo shards. Perhaps blaze powder could also be used as a material. The materials should not provide any additional effects and should only be used to change the color of the trim.
