Faster minecarts

We really need faster mine cart the reason why is because people have been begging Moji to get faster mine carts cause my cards are literally the slowest transportation in all of Minecraft so we need to get a little little bit of the Minecraft faster if you guys don’t want this idea, it’s fine Please please add this to all of this all of the additions of bedrock and Java edition
