Custom locator bar color in account

We know that the color of locator bar is a fixed color, which means that some players may dislike the color assigned to themselves. I hope we can customize the user color of locator bar.

I agree with this, I was attempting to make a client sided mod that allows you to add color codes to a command that changed your dot color, but the newer versions are so annoying to make a mod with so I gave up. An actual way to do this without mods would be very lovely.
