The new Boltz Rods are dropped by the new Thunder Boltz enemy. The Boltz Rods can be used to craft Boltz Charges, just like Breeze Rods do with Breeze Charges. When an entity gets hit by a Boltz Charge, they get damaged and take the new Stun Effect.
