Ominous Bottles Working with the Weather

I think when it comes to the Ominous Bottles, it feels very limited on what they can be used for. You can make Trail's Harder, or Start a Raid, and that's kind of it. I think a great change would be if you are able to use the ominous bottle, for the different weather in the game. This idea is just for this function alone to work, but I will write my other ideas in different posts of where the ideas of what challenges can happen when it works. You can even create your own ideas just on the new function alone if you wanted to.
