Add a Rare Herobrine Event to Survival

"I have an idea to make Survival Mode more mysterious, exciting, and scary by adding a very rare Herobrine event. After the player defeats the Ender Dragon, there could be an extremely small chance for a Herobrine event to occur. The event should be very rare and unpredictable. Herobrine could suddenly appear at a distance, look at the player for a few seconds, and then disappear extremely quickly. Very rarely, the player could also hear a quiet and creepy whisper or mysterious sound before or during the event. There could also be very small and mysterious changes in the world, such as unusual blocks or signs appearing. These changes should be subtle and unexplained. The event should not happen frequently and should not turn Minecraft into a horror game. The goal is to add rare moments of mystery, suspense, and surprise to Survival
