Dolfin armour

In a sunken shipwreck you can find dolfin boots, wich give you underwater speed. You have the swimming animation, but when you swim behind you come bubbles. Also there should be like a bad spirit on the sea when there's a storm. When you kill it, it drops a dolfin hat. When you put it on it has the effect, that other dolfins aren't scared anymore. They will follow you and help you raid an ocean monument. Also it should give infinite water breathing. With the boots and the hat you can just swim around with them. These items are really overpowered so they should be hard to obtain.
