Dear Mojang Team,
As a 14-year-old, 10-year player of Minecraft, I am excited about recent updates and backend changes that hint at an End update, so here is a concept package addressing community (and personal) desires.
Color & Environment:
Dark Green Wood: Introduce an End-native wood set. It complements Purpur blocks and contrasts against End Stone.
Bioluminescent Flora: Add glowing cyan vines and fungi emitting low light (level 7), reducing torch spam. (It could be a bit like lush caves, but tailored to your own distinct ideas).
End Fauna:
Ecosystem: The End needs native life beyond Endermen and endermites. (No, I didn't forget Jean?) Adding passive or neutral mobs makes it feel less like a wasteland (unless that's what you're going for) and more like a recovering world, which enriches the lore.
Elytra Overhaul:
Glowing Trims: Allow smithing table armor trims on Elytras. Glowing drops could create illuminated particle trails (a bit like how phantoms have particles off their wings).
Sleeker Models: Update the elytra with a tapered design that folds naturally, featuring a black-to-purple gradient.
New Physics: Add flight maneuvers like a barrel roll or an air brake flare.
Thank you for your dedication to listening to players who have called Minecraft home for a decade. I know you may already have unannounced features covering this, so feel free to tweak these ideas.
Best regards, TresurHunter
