My idea is that the Nether Reactor can be found in chests in the Nether Fortress. If you build the totem with this Reactor, it will spawn piglins, and if you manage to kill all the piglins, you'll get Something like gold or iron armor and gold ingots, and you can only use it again after 47 minutes
