Allow players to choose a custom Locator Bar color

Currently, a player's Locator Bar color is automatically assigned by Minecraft. It would be a useful addition to allow players to choose their own color that will be displayed for their position on the Locator Bar. Players could choose a color from a predefined palette or enter a custom HEX color, for example #00E5B8. The selected color should be saved for the individual player and used across all worlds and multiplayer servers where the Locator Bar is available. This would give players more customization over their identity in-game and could also make it easier to recognize specific players during multiplayer gameplay. There could also be an automatic color option, allowing players who do not want to customize their color to keep the current system.
