Pixel buffer for add-on creators

A lot of developers have the idea to make an addon for cameras and paintings WITHOUT creating thousands of custom block components. The current system sucks; we need an ImageBuffer or a function that adds a new pixel to a queue. Also, the ability to get an image from an entity's view or a specific position view would be great. Finally, addon creators would love the ability to send icons in chat or via the /title command without having to create their own font.

    DIY paintings addon may cause lags CUZ OF CURRENT SYSTEM, it is literally uses 16*16 block components for a single painting block, making a gallery will cause your world became unplayable
