A Java Mod Editor (Without nerfing proper coders)

I saw the topic of editor for bedrock, and of course I'm not 100% sure I understood it but is it about mods? I'm not a bedrock player, but I think adding something simple like this to Java would be good, not something that makes coding it useless though. Just something simple to teach younger people who may be interested how to code, not I'm not saying make Minecraft a blocky scratch lol, just something simple to teach people how to mod. For example I'm good at logic but I never wrote learned the code, so this would allow for a steady intergration into both.
