Small to huge mountains made out of Blackstone/Basalt, Magma and Lava Lakes on top. Lava floating down and shooting Firecharges when the player has the Bad Omen Effect. The Geysir mechanic could also work with Lava and below or inside the Volcano could be a Sulfur Cave.
