1 new enchanted book and a chance of a cursed enchantment when upgrading to

in my opinion progressing is easy, especially after defeating the dragon thats why i want to add a enchantment book, curse of shattering the opposite of unbreaking, just like the unbreaking enchantments there are 3 level, the higher the level the faster the tool breaks, the same rise percentage wise as unbreaking, you cant enchant a tool that has the curse of shattering with unbreaking. the chance of getting any of the cursed enchantments and for the curse of shattering its different levels while using the enchantment table is the same as any other enchantments. any tool in the dungeons have a chance of having these enchantments at any level.
