Revert/Prevent MC-310861 from being fixed.

The bug is: "When digging blocks that are directly above you until reaching the nearest untouchable block, continuously jump and hold down the left mouse button to try digging, and you can break blocks intermittently. Even if you stop midway, the digging progress and animation are still retained. This works with any tool, including bare hands." This feature has no negative impact on the game, and many use it. To clarify this is what happened when you are mining and move your crosshair off every block, saving the mining progress. This is used by thousands daily and would upset many if removed.
