Suggestions for vertical half-brick

Title: Vertical Slabs with Smart Switching & Waterlogging

Variants:

· 6 straight vertical slabs (centered/left/right × N/S & E/W) – all waterloggable.

· 1 double-layer (left+right combined) – non-waterloggable.

· 24 corner slabs (3 lengths × 8 directions) – 12 waterloggable, 12 not.

(Total: 31 states, less than stairs’ 48.)

Placement Switching (no hotbar clutter):

· Java: press B (for bàn zhuān（Originating from Chinese半砖) to cycle horizontal ↔ vertical ↔ alignments.

· Bedrock/all platforms: right-click / long-tap on empty air (not targeting a block) to toggle.

· Short tap: switch horizontal/vertical.

· Long press: radial menu for left/right/corner.

· Show a ghost preview while switching.

Why it works:

· No new inventory items – one block, multiple states.

· Air-click works on all devices (keyboard, controller, touch).

· Waterlogging already supported – just apply to specified variants.

This gives builders the long-awaited vertical slabs without complicating controls. Please consider adding them!
