attribute swapping for bedrock players/ and the end update problem

ok so first, we NEED. Attribute swapping for MCBE because when ever a bedrock player joins a server and goes to like mace spear or something like that, they are NEVER able to lightning dash or just dash. Secondly, we need the end update NOW cuz the only thing the end is actually useful for is building materials, no new ores, no new items. consider this mojang.
