Give the Fletching Table a use: Combine arrows and potions directly!

The Fletching Table currently has no real crafting functionality. I suggest making it useful by allowing players to combine regular arrows with any potion directly on the Fletching Table to create tipped arrows (e.g., combining an Arrow with a Potion of Fire Resistance creates an Arrow of Fire Resistance). This would make the Fletching Table genuinely useful in survival mode and provide a much more intuitive, alternative way to craft custom arrows without needing Dragon's Breath for every single effect type.
