I have an idea for a new Minecraft feature: Seasons and Extreme Weather.
❄️ Winter: The world becomes cold and snowstorms can happen. Players may need campfires, furnaces, or warm clothes to stay warm. Long blizzards could build up snow around houses and block doors. A rare event could happen if Netherrack is lit during a powerful blizzard: a fire tornado!
🌱 Spring: More rain, water, and storms. Rivers and other water areas could become fuller.
☀️ Summer: Very hot days. Staying near furnaces or other hot blocks for too long could cause overheating. Summer could also have tornadoes from EF0 to EF5, with stronger tornadoes being much rarer.
🍂 Autumn: Cold weather and more rain. Staying outside too long could cause fatigue, slowness, or other negative effects.
🌡️ Temperature: Players could have a temperature system. Extreme heat or cold could cause different negative effects. Players could survive by finding shelter, using the right clothes, and finding heat or cool places.
⚙️ Settings: Seasons could be optional. Players could choose the season, its duration, whether seasons change automatically, and whether extreme weather is enabled.
There could also be commands to check or change the current season and weather.
I think this would make Minecraft survival more interesting because players would have to adapt to the changing environment.
