Elytra As A Craftable

I think the Elytra should be able to be crafted with a new material, titanium. if you have 7 titanium ingots in a upside down U shape with a chicken feather in the middle with a diamond block at the bottom middle, then an Elytra can be crafted. I think that titanium can be found with a 25% chance of dropping when you break end stone. It would make the Elytra much easier to obtain, while still requiring going to the end, and defeating the dragon to leave.
