Minecraft settings for red stone

Hi there I was wondering if you can add setting called Redstone settings it only has one called change Redstone Behavior it says bedrock if your in bedrock or java if your in java if you click it and it turns into java and Redstone will act like java Redstone if you click bedrock it will act like bed rock Redstone for PE I really hate trying to remove a add-on or change its settings while in game bc it won't allow can you make the game allow changing settings for add-ons or Resource pack and you can Disable them whenever you want
