Action and Stuff resource pack

i hate , hate the swamp green fog with a passion. if theres a way for me to turn it off it would be HIGHLY appreciated. i dont want to turn off the resolution since i enjoy it at max. and the other way is to delete the fog file in folder which a IT noob like me wouldnt wanna risk having any file corrupted. please look into it？
