Wet sand

Wet Sand would be a new sand variant that forms when normal Sand becomes saturated with water. It would have a darker, wet-looking texture and, unlike regular Sand, would not fall when there is no block underneath it, allowing players to use it for more stable beaches, underwater structures, and landscaping. Wet Sand could naturally generate underwater and around beaches, and it could eventually dry back into normal Sand when exposed to the air. This would make Sand more realistic while also giving players a useful new building and decoration block
