Allow Customization of Enchantment Glint and Book Text Colors

While there are suggestions about changing glint colors, this proposal specifically focuses on both custom item glint AND enchantment book text colors (visual sorting). 

Currently, the purple enchantment glint and text color on enchanted items and books are static in vanilla Minecraft. I would love to suggest a feature that allows players to customize the color of the enchantment glow and text, both in survival mode (using dyes in anvils/smithing tables) and through creative commands. 

Using NBT components like 'glint_color' to set custom hex codes would enhance item personalization and improve visual sorting for items like enchanted books.
