I would like to suggest a change to Wind Charges in Minecraft Bedrock Edition.
The Wind Charge itself works similarly in Java and Bedrock Edition, but there appears to be a noticeable difference when a player is wearing full Netherite armor.
On Bedrock Edition, using a Wind Charge on a player wearing full Netherite armor can launch them only around 1–4 or 5 blocks upward, depending on the situation.
However, on Java Edition, Wind Charges can launch players wearing full Netherite armor significantly higher.
I think the launch behavior should be more consistent between Java and Bedrock Edition, especially because Wind Charges are intended to provide a similar movement mechanic in both versions.
Suggested Change
Increase the upward launch strength of Wind Charges against players wearing Netherite armor on Bedrock Edition so that it is closer to the behavior in Java Edition.
This would make Wind Charges more useful for movement, PvP, parkour, and creative gameplay on Bedrock Edition.
If the current difference is intentional, I would also appreciate an explanation of why the behavior is different between the two editions.
Thank you for considering this feedback! ❤️
