Another modifier for brewing to make new potions

Just like fermented spider eye this item should create new effects from initial potions. But unlike fermented spider eye, it doesn't reverse the effects, it makes them stronger.

For example:

Slow falling -> levitation

Instant health -> absorbtion

Regeneration -> resistance

Weakness -> mining fatique

Poison -> wither

I don't know what would be the best current item for this role though
